Product Details: cci br4
CCI br4 primers in stock…. In Benchrest competition, there’s no such thing as a group that’s “too small.” Everything has to be tuned to the highest degree to produce match-winning results. That’s why you should use CCI Benchrest primers. Only the most experienced skilled personnel put the priming mix in the cups, so you get the same flame, shot after shot.
Benchrest Primers also use specially selected cups and anvils for added consistency. An independent researcher identified the use of CCI Benchrest primers as one of two factors that were the most significant contributors to tiny groups.
CCI Primers are continuously tested and improved. As a result today’s CCI primers are more sensitive, easier to seat and more compatible with progressive and automated loading equipment than ever before. They utilize modern non-corrosive and non-mercuric initiator mixes for the cleanest burn possible.

Randy From Texas –
These are excellent for their consistency and uniformity. I first purchased them when I needed SR primers for a 223 and these were all that were available. I now use them for 222 and 221 FB as well with excellent results. I’ve never had a single misfire and the groups always seem to be a bit smaller than standard SR primers. The most significant difference with any caliber was…wait for it…the 351 Winchester SLR. I’ll wait for you to get up. OK; anyone familiar with the old Winchester SLR series knows that, due to a number of difficult to control variables, accuracy can be an issue. I was in the midst of loading a batch one day and said “Hey, what the heck.” The results on target were rather astounding as groups that had only been fair shrunk well over 50% in size and I well remember one 3 shot group that was a classic clover leaf. The only variant in that load was the BR4 primer. Now it’s the only thing I use for my old Winchesters. Will you have the same results? Can’t say for sure but I will definitely buy more when they are available again.
