The upper will attach to virtually any standard AR-15 lower receiver. The AR-STONER AR-15 EV2 Billet Upper Receiver Assembly in 300 AAC Blackout comes complete with charging handle, shell deflector, M-LOK handguard. This EV2 Billet upper does not include a front or rear sight, making it a great platform for a red dot or scope (sold separately).
